What an incredible year it’s been so far! I’m finally able to share the news that I’ve signed another two-book contract with Lake Union Publishing and I’m already a quarter of the way into writing the first one. That story is a labor of love for me as it’s set on Sable Island off the coast of my home province of Nova Scotia. When I was young, I did an elementary school project about the wild horses of Sable, so I’ve dreamed of visiting there all my life, but for a long time I never thought it possible. But dreams do come true.
